My colleagues in my current workplace had some money to spare, courtesy from our bosses, so we went on a dim-sum outing yesterday!
The place we chose was in Paramount Hotel, opposite Katong Shopping Centre (where the KTV Teo Heng is located!)  I was surprised by the interior decor of the restaurant. Better that I expected.  Food wise, it's great! Especially the egg-yolk bun. Too bad I don't have a photo of it. Each bun is filled with the goodness of salted egg-yolk, and it just oozes out of the bun and fills up your buccal cavity with each bite. A truly (cholesterol-laden) wonderful treat!  Had a great time bitching with my fellow colleagues, all the joy and woes in our workplace. It was off to Teo Heng for KTV after that! Just a mere 3-minute walk away. Sang about 2 hours before ending since a few of us had to go back to work after that! Nice day out!
